Mohammed Hassan Saduddeen

Chief Operating Officer

Hassan brings over 27 years of expertise in digital payments, SMEs lending, and fintech innovation. As co-founder of PayTabs, he helped build a $100M payment gateway startup and has a deep understanding of both lender and broker perspectives. Since joining Decimal Factor, Hassan has focused on enhancing our tech infrastructure and driving business growth.

Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry, Gerardo is responsible for Decimal Factor SA de CV, a company registered in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Pallavi Inamdar

Director Service Delivery

Pallavi joined Decimal Factor in 2012. She heads our CashOnmobile payments platform. Her responsibilities include end to end management of the platform which includes client relations, sourcing, reconciliations, stock maintenance, and managing customer service.Prior to this she has worked on several testing projects for Marks & Spencer’s, Sainsbury’s and Ladbrokes, while working with Amsphere.

Manoj Karkhanis

Founder & CEO

In 2008, at the height of the financial crisis when no high street bank was willing to help small businesses, Manoj left the position of CEO to create Decimal Factor. Today, Decimal Factor has grown into a leading and recognised Credit Brokerage Firm in the UK & USA, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority of UK (FCA).

Riya Gurjar

Finance Executive

Riya joined Decimal Factor in January 2018. She holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance attained from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, which led her to pursue a career in finance with Decimal Factor. Riya is a key point of contact for other departments on financial, accounting matters and is supporting the CEO and C level executives.

With an education specialized in Marketing & International Business, experience in Business Development and having lived 18 years in the Middle East, Vinay joins as Director - Marketing & Commercial; he takes on the responsibility of managing our Marketing Activities and deploying our solutions in the Middle East market.

Nilesh Shahji

Chief Financial Officer

Starter his career as an investment banking analyst with boutique investment banking firm and his last corporate assignment ended with global investment bank working with billion dollar deals across diversified sectors in 2015. He has deep love for Startups, Fintech and Finance and currently associated with Decimal Factor as CFO. He likes to watch action Hindi and South Indian movies.

Pooja Khanna

Investor Relations Executive

Pooja has a degree in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University. An experienced finance professional, she has a deep understanding of forecasting sales and debt calculations. Always a high achiever, Pooja has maximised all her given KPIs. She recently joined our Investor Relationship team embarking on a new journey and is doing an incredible job of keeping our shareholders updated with Decimal Factor milestones. Her enthusiasm makes it easier to speak to potential investors and match their investment criterias with our corporate objectives.

Dilip Varma

Managing Director, Canada

Dilip has worked in the UK and Canada markets since 2016, in strategy and business development. As he joins Decimal Factor from Cellboard Media he will look to help Decimal Factor explore other markets and ventures.

Banesh has extensive experience in Financial Services globally. He has managed various senior responsibilities in Global Operations, Distribution and Technology for 23 years with Citigroup, American Express and Siam Commercial Bank.

Mik Basi, MBE

Mik is a British Boxing Referee & Judge who took the Olympic Oath at the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games and is the only British Boxing Official to participate in two Olympic Games (London 2012 and Rio 2016). He has extensive Government Head Office experience in Business Services, moving in to the private sector in 2006, starting up and building various SMEs.

Shashank has 27 years’ experience in IT and ITES. He is now specializing in credit card acquiring, mobile payments.

Sarah has more than 10 years’ experience in the HR industry. She is now a Head of Global Reward of Jaguar Land Rover.

Niradh has a vision for a new Digital Bank driven by a digital payments ecosystem. He has an overall understanding of retail financial services - Its Product Set & Financials, Brand and Customer Segmentation; 360 Degree Bank Wide Loyalty Management; focus on Internet and Mobile enablement of the business.

Mangesh Kulkarni

A part of Decimal Factor since the last 4 years, Mangesh is a seasoned technologist with over 17 years of experience. He is responsible for the strategy of Decimal Factor’s core platform, its development and support.

Raza Abidi

Having worked for Standard Chartered Bank and Citi, Raza has over 19 years of experience in the Banking sector. Most recently, Raza was responsible for EMEA’s operational risk at Citi’s commercial bank. Raza is responsible for Decimal Factor Middle East Limited a company under registration at DIFC, Dubai.
